Refunds & Returns
Please take the time to read product descriptions for each item you purchase. After the delivery of the artwork, if you are unhappy with your order because it does not match the image or description provided, please get in touch with the artist as soon as possible. Refunds for damaged or soiled items will not be given.
Undelivered, Delated or Damaged Parcels
The customer is responsible for providing a reliable address for their order. If a parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please let the artist know so that they can investigate the shipping method used.
The artist is not responsible for additional postage charges if the package is returned, or if it arrives damaged. All artworks will be securely wrapped twice to ensure they are protected, with the addition of large, heavy or international orders to be packaged professionally.
For all shipping and handling, please note it is the artist that organises this for you. It is the top priority that your artwork arrives safely, and in one piece. Please allow plenty of time for your order to be processed. If you have an expectation of when you want your artwork to arrive, please discuss this with the artist, as no promises can be made for expected shipping times.
